Sewer Rates

The minimum sewer bill is $50.57 for 2,400 gallons of water. Sewer charges are based on water usage.

Rates:

1st 2,400 gallons @ $20.95 per thousand
Next 7,600 gallons @ $18.34 per thousand
490,000+ @$7.00 per thousand

New taps are $500. Leak adjustment rate is .88 per thousand.

Kingwood Sewer Board

The Kingwood Water Works Board of Directors is the governing body of Kingwood Water Works. It is composed of 7 members who are appointed for 3 year terms. The Board meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in City Council Chambers.
